Your business has something worth showing up for.

Let's help people see it.

I know how much care goes into a business. I also know how frustrating it is to keep posting, spending money, and trying new ideas without understanding what is actually helping.

I want you to understand your marketing. What makes someone pay attention? Can they tell what you offer? Is it easy to visit, buy, or book? I'll look at those things honestly, explain what I would change, and give you a plan you can use with the time and team you actually have.

Why I can help

I bring experience from
both sides of the screen.

I have a degree in Digital Marketing and Public Relations (PR), and I've worked on full-scale PR and social media marketing campaigns. My experience also includes market research and consulting for more than 100 companies, from small businesses to enterprise teams. I've coached more than 100 clients in my earlier coaching work, too.

100+ companiesMarket research and consulting experience, from small businesses to enterprises.
100+ clientsCoached in my earlier coaching work.
Marketing + PRMy degree and experience with full-scale campaigns.

I've seen how a business presents itself, how people respond, and where the message gets lost. If something is confusing, I'll tell you. Then I'll explain what I would change and why, in language you can actually use.

A strong local video can bring a business a lot of attention. What I care about is what happens after that. Can someone find you? Do they understand what you offer? Are you giving them a reason to come back?

A look at my local content

Real places.
Reasons to pay attention.

These are examples of videos I've made about Atlanta-area businesses. You can watch the original posts and see how I show people what makes a place worth visiting.

8.5M+ views across 105 selected Atlanta-area business videos.

This selected sample features 65 named local businesses. It uses TikTok's rounded public video-view counts as of October 1, 2026, so the total is approximate and can change. This is a sample of featured businesses, not a count of paid clients or all my posts. Views are not unique people, customers, or guaranteed results.

These are the platforms' rounded video-view counts, which can change. Views are not a count of unique people or customers, and these examples do not promise the same results for your business. An influencer post on my accounts is a separate service.

Two focused ways to work together

A clear starting point.
A check-in when you need one.

Start with your audit and plan. When you've had time to put it into practice, an optional progress review is there if you want a fresh look.

Email me with your business name and original plan date. Once I've checked that this review fits, I'll send your booking link.

Useful content starts with a useful reason

Show them what they'd miss.

Here are three ways we could turn everyday details into content. Your actual plan will be built around your business.

01

A deal people can see

Show the actual product, price, and what makes it a good find. Explain where the shop is and make any limits clear.

Example: “Here's what $25 gets you at our shop this weekend.”

02

One question answered

Use the questions customers already ask. Show the portion size, explain how booking works, or help someone pick the right product.

Example: “First time here? This is the order I'd start with.”

03

A reason to come back

Build a simple series around new arrivals, a weekly feature, or what happens behind the scenes. Let people know when to look for the next one.

Example: “Three new finds every Friday, filmed right here in the store.”

How we'll work together

You bring the business.
I'll bring the honest review.

  1. Choose your call and tell me about your business.

Pick an available time, complete the business questions, and pay in the same booking. Share your links, up to ten content examples, your main goal, and the time and budget you can realistically give this. Calls are booked at least a week ahead so I can prepare.

  2. We choose what matters first.

I'll come to our one-hour Google Meet with my observations ready. We'll decide what needs attention first, and I'll make sure you understand how to carry out the changes.

  3. Put your written plan to work.

I'll email the finished plan within three business days after our call. Start with the three priorities and work through the next month at a pace your team can keep up with.

  4. Ask the questions that come up.

Send one email with your questions about the plan within seven calendar days of receiving it. I'll send one reply within three business days.

A good fit

You want to understand
your own marketing.

This is for the owner or team member who wants to learn and is ready to make changes. A shop, restaurant, service business, maker, or local experience can start with one clear goal.

Tell me what you can realistically do. If you only have time to film twice a week, I want to know that. If your budget is tight, I want to know that, too. The plan needs to work in your actual life.

A clear boundary

Your team runs
the accounts.

My role is to review your marketing, teach you, and give you written guidance. Your team films, edits, posts, updates your pages, and responds to customers.

This service doesn't include social account management, daily messaging, filming, editing, posting, PR representation, creator scouting or outreach, paid-ad management, website development, travel, or unlimited revisions. A post on my accounts is separate.

Before we meet

What I'll ask you to send.

You'll complete the required business questions when you book. Make sure your links open without asking me to log in. Any missing information needs to reach me at least three business days before our call.

Your business basics

Your role, business name, one location or offer, what you sell, opening hours, and the person who will carry out the plan.

Your links and examples

Up to two social profiles, website or booking page, Google listing if you have one, and up to ten posts or videos. Public or accessible Google Drive links are welcome.

Your goal and resources

What do you most want to improve? Who do you want to reach? What time, budget, stock, staffing, or appointment space can you realistically work with?

Your honest questions

What feels confusing? What have you tried? What do customers keep asking? Share the results you can count, if you have them, and anything I should know before making suggestions.

You don't need perfect content or impressive numbers. Share materials you have permission to share. Please don't send passwords, private customer information, card details, or confidential files. If an account or page doesn't exist yet, tell me.

Questions before you book

Let's make the expectations clear.

Do I need a big following or an advertising budget?

We'll start with what you offer, who you want to reach, and what you can realistically do. Share your budget honestly so I can take it into account. A plan with no additional spending is a valid starting point.

Will you manage my social accounts or post for me?

Your team will film, edit, and post. This service includes my review, our call, your written plan, and the agreed follow-up reply. Social account management, PR representation, creator outreach, paid-ad management, and website development are not included.

Will you feature my business on your own accounts?

A post on my accounts is a separate service. This audit focuses on helping your business improve its own marketing.

Will this guarantee that I go viral or make more sales?

I can promise the review, teaching, and written plan we agree on. I can't promise a number of views, customers, or sales. We'll choose useful things to try and pay attention to what happens.

Can you review several locations or a completely new direction?

The initial service covers one location or clearly defined offer. If you need a wider review or an enterprise-wide plan, email me before buying so we can agree on the scope. A quarterly review stays focused on the business and location from your initial plan.

Do I have to keep paying you?

You can keep using the plan yourself. The quarterly review is optional, for returning clients, and you buy it only when you want another review. There is no automatic subscription.

When will I receive my written plan?

I'll email the initial 30-day plan or quarterly one-page update within three business days after the call. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If something I need is missing or a deadline needs to change, I'll contact you directly.

What if I need to move my call?

Use your booking's change link at least 48 hours beforehand. If it's less than 48 hours away, or you miss the call, email me so we can agree on the next step. Late changes may need to be arranged manually. If I need to move your call, I'll arrange another time at no extra charge.

What is the refund policy?

All sales final. No refunds. Please read the scope and email me with any questions before paying. If I cannot complete the agreed service, I'll contact you directly to agree on a resolution.

Booking and preparation

Let's give this the time it deserves.

Calls are booked at least seven days ahead, with limited weekly availability. Complete, accessible intake helps me arrive prepared. If you need to move your call, use the change link at least 48 hours beforehand. For late changes, missed calls, or missing information, email queentaybusiness@gmail.com so we can agree on the next step. That doesn't automatically cancel the work I've already prepared or the written plan included in your purchase.

If I need to move your call, I'll arrange another time at no extra charge. If I cannot complete the agreed service, I'll contact you directly to agree on a resolution. All sales final. No refunds.

Prices are in USD before applicable taxes. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Advice and a written plan do not guarantee views, foot traffic, customers, sales, or profit.
