AI Kit Delivery, Refunds and Privacy
These details apply to Queen Tay’s free Eco-Conscious AI Editor Starter Kit and $49 Eco-Conscious Creator Business Setup.
The kits provide guides, prompts, assets and workflow templates. The paid setup includes a configuration pack personalized from your intake. It does not include AI subscriptions, hands-on access to your accounts or a guaranteed always-running team. You control your own accounts and review AI-generated work before using it.
Your reviewed personalized ZIP will be emailed to your checkout email within 3 business days after verified payment and receipt of your complete intake. One intake-correction pass is included when requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Email queentaybusiness@gmail.com with your order number and the intake information that needs correcting. This allowance does not limit your rights concerning a missing or defective product.
You may cancel for a full refund before personalization begins. Once personalization begins, no change-of-mind refunds are offered. If delivery is missing, defective or materially different from what was described, contact queentaybusiness@gmail.com so we can address the problem. Nothing here limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that may apply where you live.
We use contact details, order information and intake answers to verify your purchase, personalize and deliver your pack, and respond to support requests. Intake may include creator goals, workflows, preferred tools, time zone, available hours, currency and broad privacy-category choices. Squarespace handles orders and intake forms. Gmail is used for order, support and private delivery email. OpenAI-powered assistance reviews order and intake information to help prepare the pack. Your personalized pack is delivered as an email attachment.
Although the pack is assembled using a template-based generator, fulfillment uses cloud services. A local-only preference describes how you want to use your finished pack; it does not make order or intake processing local-only. Choosing ChatGPT or Claude for your own workflow does not give us access to your account.
Do not submit passwords, login codes, API keys, card or bank details, identity documents, health or tax records, private information about children, or identifiable client records. Broad category flags and anonymous examples are enough.
Newsletter permission is separate and optional. Purchasing or requesting a kit does not itself authorize newsletter signup. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact queentaybusiness@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request; some records may need to be retained for legal requirements or an unresolved transaction.
